Total housing starts across the Capital
region declined in November
compared with an exceptional
performance reported in the same
month last year. Housing starts within
the Edmonton Census Metropolitan
Area (CMA) totalled 1,091 units in
November, representing a 42 per
cent decline from November 2006.
